This postcard came from Minsk, Belarus. The National Library is such an amazing building!
These three cards came to us from Michael in Berlin, Germany.
This card came to us from Suomi, Finland. Tuija says “People in Finland are friendly buy shy, we don’t usually like to speak foreign languages much. But I think it’s mainly due to our teachers, we were supposed to be perfect, nothing else wouldn’t do. So those who are not perfect (or doesn’t care) don’t speak, even if they could. Finland is a good place to live, it’s quite safe and peaceful country. In the village I live there are only 1900 people – almost everyone knows each other.”
This card is from the north of The Netherlands, the part of the county called Fryslan. They speak not only dutch but also frisian.
This card is also from The Netherlands from Tjilske.
